As i was a complete newbie to arduino, I knew learning about this was going to be a challenge. Fortunately, with the help of my friends who were already well verse or had some prior knowldge to this topic, I was able to quickly get the basics down and complete a simple LED circuit.
This simple circuit turns on 3 LEDS at the same time when the button is pressed.

One of the assignments that was given to us was to create a working astable 555 timer circuit. As I took electronics back in secondary school, I did something similar to this assignment in the past, making it a tad easier for me as I somewhat know what I am doing.
